Craftic is a marketplace platform that connects independent creators and artisans ("Sellers") with people who want to buy handmade, unique, and craft goods ("Buyers"). Craftic provides the technology and infrastructure for this connection — it is not itself a seller and does not hold, inspect, or guarantee any goods listed on the Platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Craftic, including all pages, features, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, creating a shop, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. References to "you" mean the individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
Craftic acts only as an intermediary. We provide an online marketplace and hosting service. Every contract of sale is concluded directly between a Buyer and a Seller; Craftic is not a party to it, does not own or take possession of the goods offered, does not set prices or delivery terms, does not receive or hold the money, and does not act as agent for either side. We do not review listings before they are published — content is reviewed after publication, as described in Section 7.
References to "we", "us", or "Craftic" mean Craftic, an online marketplace for handmade goods operated from Kharkiv, Ukraine. Our details:
- Email: support@craftic.shop
- Telephone: +380 63 985 67 27
A claim or notice may be addressed to us at those details. If the operation of the Platform is transferred to a company, this Section will say so (Section 14.4).
support@craftic.shop is our single point of contact for users, consumers, and public authorities — including authorities of the European Union and its Member States. We accept correspondence in English and Ukrainian. Section 13 explains how we handle different kinds of message.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide — including your country — is accurate, current, and complete.
You further confirm that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of anyone located in a country or territory listed in Section 2.4, and that you are not a person with whom we or our payment partner are prohibited from dealing under applicable sanctions law.
Registration requires your first and last name, a valid email address, your date of birth (you must be 18 or over — Section 2.1), and your country. Your email address is verified via a one-time password (OTP) sent by email, and must be verified to access all Platform features.
A phone number is optional. If you give one, it is shown to a Seller you order from so that the order can be delivered, it is passed to Western Bid when you pay by card, and, after your account is deleted, it is kept together with your email address to prevent re-registration (Section 10.4; Privacy Policy, Section 6.3).
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation.
- Phone numbers and email addresses previously associated with deleted accounts cannot be reused on the Platform for as long as we keep them in a deactivated record (Section 10.4).
- The Platform currently supports the metric system of measurement only. Other unit systems may be added later.
Each person may hold only one active buyer account. A single account may be associated with one shop. If you require a second shop, please contact support.
Buyers may register and shop from anywhere in the world, except the countries and territories listed below. The restriction has two sources. (a) Card payments on Craftic are handled by our payment partner Western Bid, and Western Bid cannot process transactions connected to sanctioned or embargoed locations; we therefore cannot offer the Platform in those locations either. (b) Separately, and as our own decision, we do not offer the Platform in the United Kingdom for now.
(a) Sanctioned or embargoed locations that our payment partner cannot serve: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, the Russian Federation, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. The same applies to Crimea, the so-called "DNR" and "LNR", and any other Russian-occupied territory of Ukraine.
(b) By Craftic's own policy: the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). The United Kingdom is not a sanctioned location; this is our decision for the time being.
Sellers may not ship to any of these destinations, and goods may not originate from the locations in (a) — see Section 7.
The country you select at registration is checked against this list, and registration is refused if it matches. We also determine the country you are connecting from, using your IP address, and refuse access to the Platform from a restricted location — including to accounts that already exist. These automatic checks work at the level of countries: an IP address cannot tell Crimea, or another occupied territory, from the rest of Ukraine, so for those places the restriction is a rule you agree to follow, not one we can enforce by technical means. Declaring a different country, or disguising the country you connect from, in order to get around this restriction is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination under Section 10.5.
Location from an IP address is approximate, and it can be wrong — while travelling, or on some corporate and mobile networks. If you are refused access and you believe that is a mistake, write to support@craftic.shop and we will look into it. The list in (a) follows applicable sanctions regimes and our payment partner's published policy, and the restriction in (b) is our own decision; either may change, and the list in force is always the one in the current version of this document.
Opening a shop is currently limited to Ukraine. Buying is not — see Section 4.1.
As a Buyer, you may browse, add items to your cart, and place orders with Sellers through the Platform. By placing an order, you enter into a direct transaction with the Seller — not with Craftic.
- You must provide an accurate and complete shipping address before completing checkout.
- You are responsible for reviewing the Seller's cancellation, return, and exchange policy before placing an order.
- Craftic does not guarantee delivery times, product quality, or Seller conduct — these are the responsibility of the individual Seller.
- Abusing payment methods, filing fraudulent disputes or reports, or engaging in conduct designed to harm Sellers may result in account suspension or termination.
The contract for every purchase is with the Seller of the item. Each Seller must tell Buyers whether it sells as a business (a trader) or as a private individual, and must give accurate details of who it is (Section 4.5); we do not routinely verify what a Seller says, although we may ask a Seller to confirm who it is (Section 4.5). If a Seller is a business, the consumer-protection law of your country — including, where they apply, the right to withdraw and the legal guarantee (Section 6.5) — applies to your purchase from it. If a Seller is a private individual, that law may not apply to your purchase, although some rules always do.
The Seller is responsible for the goods and for the sale: the description, price, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, and any legal guarantee. Craftic is responsible for running the marketplace, and for the moderation, reporting, and appeal processes in Section 7. Craftic is not a party to your purchase.
Listings are shown newest first — on the home page, in search results, and on each shop's page — by the date the item was added. Nothing that anyone can pay for changes that order, and neither ratings, sales, popularity, nor price affects it; a Seller cannot move an item up.
A search compares the words you type with the item's name, description, tags, and materials (and, for shops, the shop's name and country). Every item that contains them is shown, and none ranks above another for matching better. If you are signed in, items from shops that do not ship to the country in your profile are not shown to you. Items that are hidden, unpublished, or blocked, and shops that are closed or blocked, are not shown at all.
If you have a problem with an order or a Seller that you cannot resolve with the Seller, you may report it to Craftic from the order (Section 7.8, "Reporting to us"). Craftic reviews reports and may act against a Seller who has breached these Terms, but it is not a party to your sale, and a report does not guarantee any particular outcome, such as a refund. Your rights against the Seller, and any right you have against your card issuer or bank, are not affected.
By opening a shop on Craftic, you agree to the following obligations.
These are launch restrictions, not permanent ones. We may open shop registration to further countries, currencies, or unit systems at any time; widening a restriction in your favour is not a material change to these Terms and does not require notice or re-acceptance. Buyers are unaffected — Buyers may purchase from anywhere outside the locations listed in Section 2.4.
You may create one shop per account. Your shop name must be unique on the Platform and must not infringe any third-party trademark or brand. If your desired name is already taken, contact support to resolve ownership. If you open a shop for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.
You are responsible for your own legal status as a Seller — including any business or tax registration, invoicing, bookkeeping, and reporting obligation that applies to you in Ukraine and in the countries you sell to. Craftic does not give legal, tax, or accounting advice and does not act as your tax agent. Craftic does not currently calculate, collect or remit taxes on sales between Buyers and Sellers, and does not report Sellers' income to tax authorities, except where applicable law requires it.
- All listed products must be handmade, vintage, or craft supplies — as defined in the product category guidelines — and must not be anything prohibited by Section 7.
- Product descriptions, photos, and pricing must be accurate and not misleading.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of product details including dimensions, materials, care instructions, and — where the product contains one — the battery it uses.
- You must set at least one payment method before your products become visible to Buyers.
- You are responsible for configuring delivery profiles — including the countries and regions you ship to, the delivery services, and the shipping rates for each destination — as well as cancellation policies and return/exchange terms. You may also restrict specific countries you do not ship to; Buyers in those locations will not be able to place an order with you.
- You must fulfil orders in accordance with your stated processing time and delivery profile.
- The processing time and delivery estimate shown to the Buyer at checkout are what you and the Buyer agree, and you must keep to them. If none is shown or otherwise agreed, you must dispatch the order no later than 30 days after it is placed. If you will be late, tell the Buyer promptly and let them cancel for a full refund.
- If you cannot fulfil an order, you must cancel it promptly and notify the Buyer.
- For non-instant payment methods (Payoneer, bank transfer, cash), the Platform shows and emails the Buyer your payment details; you are responsible for keeping them correct and for confirming receipt of payment before processing.
Craftic moderates listed products after publication. Violations of content rules may result in:
- Immediate product removal and shop suspension for severe violations (e.g. explicit or illegal content).
- A warning system for rights violations — repeated infringement of other people's intellectual-property rights leads to permanent shop closure (Section 8.5).
Reviews that Buyers leave about your products, and your replies to them, are moderated on the same basis. How reviews work — including your reply and your right to dispute a review — is set out in Section 6.6.
You must tell Buyers, in your shop (for example in its "About us" section), whether you sell as a business (a trader) or as a private individual, and you must keep that up to date. Consumer-protection rules in many countries — for example the mandatory withdrawal and legal-guarantee rights of consumers in the EU — apply to a contract only if the Seller is a trader, and Buyers rely on what you say. Do not describe yourself as a private individual if you sell regularly or for profit.
You must give us your real identity and contact details — your name (or your business's name and registration details), your address, your email address, and your telephone number — keep them accurate, and, if we ask, confirm them or send us evidence of them within the period we set (normally 14 days). Where the law of a country you sell to requires it, you must also show your details to Buyers (for example, a business's name, address, and registration or tax number) and provide the information that law requires. We may pass these details to public authorities that lawfully ask for them (Privacy Policy, Section 5.5). If you do not answer a request for them, we may hide your listings until you do.
You alone are responsible for making sure that what you sell is safe and may lawfully be sold and imported in every country you ship to. Craftic does not test, inspect, or certify products. Before you offer a product for a country, check and meet the rules that apply there — in particular for:
- toys, baby items, and children's clothing (including safety, testing, labelling, and drawstring and cord rules);
- jewellery and metal items (limits on nickel, lead, cadmium, and other substances), and body jewellery;
- ceramics, glass, and wooden items meant for food contact (limits on substances that can migrate into food);
- candles, textiles, and furniture (flammability and labelling rules);
- electrical items and products that contain batteries.
Depending on the destination, that can mean having the product tested, keeping a certificate or technical file, marking the product with your name, address, and a batch or model reference, giving safety warnings and instructions, and, for goods made outside the EU, having a responsible person or importer there. If you cannot meet those rules for a destination, do not ship there: restrict that country in your delivery profile. We may ask you for evidence that a product complies, hide the product until you provide it, remove a product that we have reason to think is dangerous or non-compliant, and give information about it and about you to the authorities. If you learn that a product you sold is unsafe, stop selling it, tell the affected Buyers, and tell us.
Higher-risk goods. The Seller is responsible for the item complying with the law of the destination country, including its rules on safety, labelling, and materials. The most common cases are:
- toys and other items for children — for example the EU toy-safety rules and the EN 71 standards, and, in the United States, the CPSIA lead limits and a Children's Product Certificate for items meant for children under 12 — or, where that is true, marking the item clearly as a collectible for adults, not for children under 14;
- jewellery — limits on nickel and lead, for example under the EU REACH Regulation and the US CPSIA;
- textiles and clothing — fibre-content labelling, for example under EU Regulation 1007/2011 and the US Textile Fiber Products Identification Act;
- candles — safety warnings.
Craftic may remove a listing that does not comply.
When a Buyer places an order you receive their name, email address, country, profile photo (if they set one), telephone number (if they gave one) and, for physical goods, delivery address. You receive them as an independent data controller, not on Craftic's behalf, and you must comply with the data protection law that applies (including, for Buyers in the EEA, the GDPR, and Ukrainian law). In particular you must:
- use the data only to fulfil the order — to pack, ship, and deliver it, to handle returns and complaints, to invoice, and to meet your legal obligations;
- not add the Buyer to a mailing list, send them marketing, or pass their data to anyone else except a carrier or service provider you need for the order, unless the Buyer has freely agreed;
- keep the data secure, and delete it when you no longer need it;
- deal with any request a Buyer makes to you about their data (access, correction, deletion), and tell us and the Buyer without delay if the data is lost or exposed.
Available payment types at checkout depend on what the Seller has configured. Possible types are:
- Card payment — PayPal / Stripe — instant online payment processed via our payment partner Western Bid. Shown when the Seller has enabled a card gateway. The Buyer is redirected to Western Bid to complete payment and returned to Craftic afterwards.
- Payoneer — shown when the shop has a Payoneer address configured.
- Bank Transfer / SWIFT — shown when the shop has provided bank transfer details.
- Cash — shown when the shop has enabled cash payments.
- The Buyer is redirected to our payment partner Western Bid, which routes the payment to PayPal or Stripe.
- After payment, the Buyer is returned to Craftic. Western Bid confirms the result to Craftic via a secure server-to-server notification, which automatically updates the order to Paid.
- Craftic never receives or stores the Buyer's card details — these are handled entirely by Western Bid and the card provider.
- The Seller sells you the goods and is responsible for them: their description, delivery, cancellation, return, and refund (Section 6). The Seller has its own account with Western Bid, and the payment goes into that account.
- Western Bid, Inc. (Florida, United States) collects the card payment. Its own terms say that it acts as merchant of record for the charge, so your card or PayPal statement will probably show "WESTERN BID" or "westernbid.com" — not the shop's name, and not Craftic. That is expected. Western Bid's own terms and privacy policy apply between you and Western Bid for the payment. Questions about the charge itself (the amount, a duplicate, the name on your statement) go to Western Bid; questions about the goods, delivery, cancellation, return, or refund go to the Seller first, and to us under Section 7.8 if that does not resolve it.
- Craftic runs the marketplace. It does not decide whether Western Bid accepts, holds, or reverses a payment. Where Western Bid refunds or reverses a payment, the order can change to Cancelled or Dispute automatically.
- Nothing in Western Bid's terms or ours limits any right you have against your card issuer or bank, or under the consumer law that applies to you.
- You need your own Western Bid account, and Western Bid's User Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and fee schedule apply between you and Western Bid. Western Bid decides whether to approve and keep your account and may ask you for identity documents, tax details, an interview, and samples of your goods. Craftic is not Western Bid's agent, does not guarantee that Western Bid will approve or keep your account, and is not responsible for what Western Bid does.
- Western Bid's terms allow it to hold or defer payouts (they mention up to 180 days), to reverse payments, and to set off what you owe it. Chargebacks and reversals are a matter between you and Western Bid.
- Your Western Bid client ID and secret are stored encrypted, the secret is never displayed again after you save it, and Craftic uses them only to sign your Buyers' checkout forms and to check that Western Bid's payment notifications are genuine. Keep them confidential.
- Listings must comply with Western Bid's prohibited-items rules (Section 7).
- After an order is placed, the Buyer is shown and emailed the Seller's payment details or instructions.
- The Buyer completes payment outside the Platform, then marks the order as paid ("Mark as paid" — status "Confirming payment").
- The Seller verifies receipt of payment and confirms it, moving the order to Paid status.
- While an order remains unpaid, the Platform sends an automatic reminder email to both the Buyer and the Seller every 72 hours.
- Craftic is not a payment processor and assumes no liability for payment failures, fraud, chargebacks, or disputes between Buyers and payment providers.
- Prices and currency. All prices displayed on the Platform are in the currency configured by the Seller — currently US dollars (USD) for every shop. Craftic is not responsible for currency conversion rates or fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
- Fees. Craftic charges Buyers and Sellers no fee at the date of these Terms. Payment providers charge their own fees, and Western Bid's are set out in its fee schedule. If we introduce a fee, we will tell you at least 30 days before it starts, and it will not apply to orders placed before then.
- Taxes. Prices are set by the Seller. Each Seller is responsible for determining, charging, declaring, and paying any VAT, sales tax, or other tax due on their sales, and for issuing any invoice or receipt required by law. Craftic does not currently calculate, collect or remit taxes on sales between Buyers and Sellers, and does not report Sellers' income to tax authorities, except where applicable law requires it. If a law that applies to us requires us to do any of that, we will say so before you pay.
- Customs, duties, and import charges. A cross-border order may attract import duty, import tax, handling fees, or customs clearance fees in the Buyer's country — and some countries now charge fixed duties on low-value parcels. Unless the Seller states otherwise, these are payable by the Buyer and are not included in the price or the shipping cost shown at checkout. Since 29 August 2025 the United States no longer exempts low-value parcels (the US$800 "de minimis" exemption): duties and fees apply to every parcel, and who pays them depends on the carrier's terms. Sellers must check this before shipping to the United States and, where they can, tell Buyers in the listing or at checkout.
- Craftic reserves the right to take action against Buyers or Sellers who misuse payment processes in violation of these Terms. Buyers who confirm a non-instant payment order but fail to complete payment after the Seller has shared payment details may have their account suspended or permanently terminated.
Each checkout creates a separate order per shop. An order is a direct agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. Craftic facilitates the transaction but is not a party to it.
Cancellation is available to Buyers only if the Seller has enabled cancellations and the cancellation window has not passed. Cancellation windows are set by the Seller and may range from "before dispatch" to up to 7 days after order placement. Sellers may cancel orders at any cancellable stage and must notify Buyers promptly.
A Seller may decline or cancel an order that it cannot fulfil, including after the order has been paid. Any money paid is then refunded by whoever received it — the Seller, through Western Bid or directly — not by Craftic, which never holds the money (Section 5).
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the Seller's configured policy, subject to Section 6.5. If returns are accepted:
- The Buyer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described, or the law requires otherwise.
- The Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if items are not returned in their original condition.
- Return periods range from 14 to 90 days from delivery, as set by the Seller.
Craftic does not guarantee refunds and is not responsible for enforcing return terms between Buyers and Sellers.
If a Buyer or Seller cannot resolve an issue directly, either party may open a formal dispute through the Platform and report the order to Craftic, as described in Section 7.8 ("Reporting to us"). Craftic may review the matter and act on it at its sole discretion, including against the other party's account. Craftic's involvement in disputes is not a guarantee of any specific outcome. A disagreement about a review is handled under Section 6.6 instead.
A Seller's cancellation and return policy is a minimum, not a ceiling. Where the mandatory consumer protection law of the country in which you habitually reside gives you more than the Seller's policy does, that law applies and the Seller must honour it. Nothing in these Terms, and nothing a Seller configures, removes or limits those rights.
- EU and EEA consumers. Where the Seller is acting as a trader, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in addition to your legal guarantee rights if the goods are faulty or not as described. Statutory exceptions apply — most relevantly to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, to goods liable to deteriorate quickly, and to sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health-protection or hygiene reasons. Because a large part of what is sold on Craftic is made to order or personalised, that exception will often apply; the Seller must make clear before you order when it does.
- Ukrainian consumers. You have the rights given to you by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", including — for goods bought at a distance — the right to terminate the contract within 14 days (Article 13), unless an exception in Article 13(5) applies, and the rights that apply to goods of inadequate quality.
- Everywhere else. Any mandatory consumer right you hold under the law of your country of residence applies regardless of the Seller's published policy.
Sellers are responsible for complying with the consumer law that applies to their sales — including pre-contractual information, cancellation, refund, and legal-guarantee obligations — in every country they choose to ship to. Craftic provides the tools with which a Seller publishes a policy; it does not verify that a given policy is lawful in every destination, and a policy that conflicts with mandatory law is unenforceable to that extent.
Reviews exist so that Buyers and Sellers can rely on each other's record. Only the parties to a completed order can review it.
- Who may review what. Once an order reaches Completed, the Buyer may review each item bought in that order, and the Seller may review the Buyer. There is one review per order item and one review of the Buyer per order. An order that never reached Completed — for example one cancelled before delivery — cannot be reviewed.
- When. A review can be left within 30 days of the order reaching Completed. We remind each party that has not yet reviewed, three days before that window closes. The author may edit a review within 14 days of publishing it, unless it has been disputed.
- What a review contains. A star rating from 1 to 5 for each category — for a product: quality, accuracy (how well the item matched its description) and communication; for a Buyer: communication and reliability (payment and keeping to what was agreed) — and, optionally, a written comment, up to five photos and one video of up to 60 seconds. Every category is required; the comment is not. A review must describe your own experience of that order and must comply with Section 7.
- Publication. Reviews are published as soon as they are submitted; neither Craftic nor the other party approves them first. They are moderated after publication in the same way as other content (Section 7.7), and a review that breaches these Terms may be hidden.
- How reviews are kept honest. Only the parties to a completed order can review it, so every review comes from someone who bought (or sold) that order. Craftic does not pay for reviews or reward them. We do not hide or remove a review because it is critical or gives a low rating: a review is hidden or removed only if it breaches these Terms — for example false information about the order, offensive content, content unrelated to the order, or spam (Section 7) — or the law. Positive and negative reviews are shown on the same terms, and every review that counts is included in the rating.
- Who sees a review. Reviews of products are public: they are shown on the product page and on the shop page with the reviewer's first name and their profile photo. Reviews of Buyers are never public — they are shown only to the Buyer and to a Seller with whom that Buyer has placed an order.
- Ratings. A product's, a shop's and a Buyer's rating is the average score of the reviews that count, always shown together with how many reviews that is. A review under dispute, a review removed after a dispute, and a review hidden by moderation do not count. A Seller may take a Buyer's rating into account when deciding whether to accept or fulfil an order from that Buyer; that decision is the Seller's own and must comply with the law, including laws against discrimination.
- Seller replies. A Seller may post one public reply to each review of its products, and may edit or delete that reply at any time. Replies must comply with Section 7.
- Disputing a review. The other party — the Seller for a review of a product, the Buyer for a review of a Buyer — may dispute a review once, within 30 days of its publication, by choosing a reason (false information, offensive content, not related to this order, spam, or other), explaining it, and optionally adding up to four photos. While the dispute is open the review stays visible, marked "Under review", does not count toward ratings, and can no longer be edited. The author of the review is told and may send one response with up to four photos. Craftic may contact either party, and a person then decides: either the review is kept — it is shown and counted again — or it is removed — it is no longer shown to anyone other than the two parties and no longer counts toward any rating. Both parties are told the decision; the internal notes of the person who made it are not shared. That decision closes the dispute, and the review cannot be disputed again. This does not affect your right to go to court or to a consumer body under Section 11.
- Reviews last. A refund, return, or cancellation after a review was left does not remove it. Deleting a product does not remove its reviews: they continue to count toward the shop's rating and are shown as "Product no longer available". What happens to reviews when an account is deleted or a shop is closed is set out in Sections 10.4 and 10.6.
Craftic does not currently accept listings of digital products — downloadable files and other content delivered over the Internet, such as patterns, templates, printables, digital artwork, fonts, or icon sets. Only physical goods may be listed (Sections 4.2 and 7.3). If that changes, we will update these Terms.
A Seller may choose to accept custom requests: you describe something you would like made, and the Seller decides whether to take it on. The following applies on top of Sections 6.1–6.6.
- A request is not an order. Sending a request costs nothing, commits nobody, and creates no contract. The Seller may decline it, and is told to give a reason, which you are shown. You may withdraw a request at any time while it is open. A request that neither side acts on closes on its own: a request the Seller has not answered closes after 14 days, and an offer you have not accepted expires after 30 days. You may have one open request with any given shop at a time.
- Price and terms are agreed with the Seller, not with Craftic. Once a Seller takes a request on, the two of you agree what will be made, what it costs and how long it will take directly — by email or the Seller's own channels, away from the Platform. Craftic is not a party to that conversation, does not see it, and does not mediate, verify or guarantee anything said in it.
- The offer is what binds. When you have agreed, the Seller publishes the work as an item at the agreed price, visible only to you. Its description is the Seller's statement of what will be made — materials, dimensions, timing, and what is not included — and it is that description, not anything said beforehand, that the order is judged against. Read it before you buy.
- Buying it is an ordinary order. You place it, pay for it and receive it exactly as any other order on the Platform, and Sections 5 and 6.1–6.6 apply to it in full — including cancellation, returns, disputes and reviews, on the same terms the Seller offers everyone.
- Made to order. An item made specifically to your specification is, by its nature, made to your order. Where the law gives consumers a right to withdraw from a distance contract, that right does not generally apply to goods made to the consumer's own specification or clearly personalised (EU and EEA: Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c); Ukraine: Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", Article 13(5)). Your rights if the item is faulty, or not as the Seller described it, are not affected.
- What the Seller sees. Your request shows the Seller your name and profile photo (if you set one), what you wrote, any images you attached and any of their items you pointed at. It does not give them your email address, your phone number or your address; those reach them only if you contact them yourself, or when you place an order. If a Seller takes your request on, we email you the contact details that Seller has chosen to publish, so you know where the conversation continues.
- Request content. What you write and attach to a request is your content under Section 8 and is subject to Section 7 in the same way as anything else you post.
What may be sold or shown on Craftic is limited by three things, and for every listing the strictest of them applies: (a) the law — of Ukraine, of the country the item ships from, and of the country it ships to; (b) the rules of the payment providers that handle payment for it; and (c) the rules in this Section. A listing that satisfies (c) can still be unlawful, or breach (b).
What can happen. Western Bid states that payments for prohibited items are returned to the payer, that it may restrict or close the Seller's Western Bid account, and that it may freeze funds for up to 180 days. Those are Western Bid's decisions. Craftic never holds, receives or controls money, so it cannot freeze, return or release any. What Craftic itself may do is described in Sections 7.7 and 10.5: remove the listing, and suspend or close the shop.
The following are not allowed:
- Creating an account, opening a shop, or using the Platform from any country or territory listed in Section 2.4 — and shipping, or offering to ship, an order to any of them.
- Listing any goods produced in or originating from: Cuba, North Korea, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Burma (Myanmar), Somalia, Zimbabwe, Yemen, Sudan, Libya, Lebanon, Syria, the Russian Federation, or the Republic of Belarus.
- Listing goods produced in, shipped from, or referring to Crimea, the so-called DNR and LNR, Donetsk, Luhansk (Lugansk), Donbas, or any other Russian-occupied territory of Ukraine.
- Goods that carry, or listings that name, GRU or FSB markings or insignia (including replicas, uniforms, documents, awards, badges and printed matter); symbols of the Russian occupation forces, including the letters "Z" and "V" used as war symbols and the insignia of the Wagner PMC; and any organisation under United States or European Union sanctions (for example Yandex.Money, VTB24, Sberbank).

Examples include Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Iron Man, Ninja Turtles, Beatles, Yellow Submarine, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Fortnite, Einstein, and Caviar. Section 8.3 explains how we deal with infringement.
- New clothing of well-known international brands (for example Adidas, Puma, Michael Kors).
- Counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented goods, and unauthorised replicas of licensed merchandise.
Digital goods, software, and services
- Digital products — downloadable files and other content delivered over the Internet, such as patterns, templates, printables, digital artwork, fonts, or icon sets. Craftic does not currently accept them (Section 6.7).
- Software, apps, scripts, programs, and licence keys — including anything designed to unlock, jailbreak, hack, overclock, or bypass security or access controls; computer and console games.
- SIM cards, and telecom services or contracts; phones sold with a service contract.
- Physical data carriers holding digital content — CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, hard drives, USB drives, and memory cards — whatever the content (collectible cassettes and vinyl records excepted).
- Hosting, website access, memberships, subscriptions, and loyalty or reward programmes; points, coupons, vouchers, and electronic currency or rewards.
- Services, and anything else that is not a physical product — courses, coaching, tutoring, consulting, freelance, design, SEO, SMM, and advertising services; rentals; travel, tour, transport, and accommodation bookings; and tickets of any kind (events, travel, lottery).
- Charity, donations, and fundraising or crowdfunding — unless Western Bid has approved the campaign in advance; gambling, lotteries, and in-game currency; multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes.
Money, securities, documents, and insignia
- Cryptocurrency; payment cards (even expired), payment card numbers, and phone-card numbers.
- Gift cards, gift certificates, bank cheques, money orders, traveller's cheques, or any payment instrument.

- Radio scanners and receivers restricted for civilian use.
- Surveillance, wiretapping, eavesdropping, or "spy" devices; lock-picking tools and other equipment for breaking into premises or vehicles (ordinary plumbing and joinery tools excepted).
Content and propaganda
- Pornographic or obscene material and access to it. (Adult toys — including condoms, mechanical or electrical intimate items, and dolls — and works of art depicting nudity are not covered.)
- Content promoting Nazi symbolism or ideology, or similar symbolism; Soviet or communist propaganda; or hatred, violence, or discrimination on any ground, including antisemitism.
- Content promoting extremism or terrorism, including public support for terrorism.
- Anything that encourages, promotes, or instructs others to engage in illegal activity, or that a government agency has identified as likely to be fraudulent.
Other
- Stolen property, and property with removed registration or serial numbers.
- Recalled products.
- Goods that the law of the country they ship from or to prohibits, or that postal and carrier rules (including those of the Universal Postal Union) do not allow to be sent.
- Any other product that Western Bid's Acceptable Use Policy prohibits or that Western Bid does not accept, even if it is not named here.
- Jewellery and coins made of gold, silver, platinum, or other precious metals may be sold through Western Bid only after Western Bid has approved them in advance: send it a description and photos before you list. If you ship through Western Bid, it currently requires a specific carrier for such items. Ukrainian export and customs rules for precious metals apply in addition.
- Works of art and cultural valuables that must be certified for sale or export need that certification, and Western Bid's approval, before you list them.
- Used branded clothing, accessories, shoes, and bags worth more than US$400 need a certificate of authenticity.
- Military-themed items (for example badges, patches, insignia, uniform pieces, and their replicas) may be listed only if the listing says that the item is Made in Ukraine or Handmade in Ukraine; that it is made to order (custom-made, not factory-produced); that it is not a product of a factory that makes military equipment; and that it is not intended for use in military or combat operations. Terms such as "Russian army", "Spetsnaz", "Russian military", and "Russian uniform" may be used only together with the word "Replica". Soviet-era items must be described as "Soviet", never as "Russian". Medals and badges made from armour plate for a non-military purpose are allowed.
- Products that contain a battery — including a button cell in a watch — must say so in the listing. Western Bid accepts small lithium batteries contained in equipment only on its own conditions (declared, within IATA limits, and tested to UN 38.3), and carriers apply theirs; an undeclared battery is a prohibited item.
Western Bid screens listings automatically, and a flagged listing can be blocked or its account restricted. Do not use the following words, or their derivatives, in product names, descriptions, tags, or images: Cuba, Havana, North Korea, DPRK, Iraq, Iran, Tehran, Persia (Persian), Yemen, Sudan, Lebanon, Syria, Crimea (Krym), DNR, DPR, LNR, LPR, Donetsk, Luhansk (Lugansk), Donbas, Somalia, FSB, GRU, jihad, terror, and Gazprom — and avoid the bare word "Korea" — or references to any organisation under US or EU sanctions (for example Yandex.Money, VTB, Sberbank).
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users, Sellers, or Craftic staff.
- Attempting to circumvent the Platform's processes or security measures.
- Creating multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban.
- Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Publishing false, misleading, or deceptive product information or reviews.
- Offering, requesting, or accepting money, a discount, a gift, or any other benefit in exchange for a review, or for changing or removing one; and pressuring the other party to change or remove a review.
- Reviewing your own shop or products, including through another account.
- Using a review, a reply, or a review dispute to harass the other party, to publish anyone's personal contact details, or to raise matters unrelated to the order.
Listings, shops, profiles, and reviews go live immediately — we do not hold them for approval first. Our moderators review content after it is published, and again when its text, photos, or other content are changed, as soon as we can. Every decision to block content or restrict an account is made by a person; none is made by an automated tool alone. The one automatic step is the country check in Section 2.4, and if you write to us a person will review it.
- If we block content. We hide it from the Platform and email you a statement of reasons. Only the content we name is affected — your other listings, your shop, and your account continue as normal unless we tell you otherwise.
- You may correct it. Blocked content stays editable so you can fix what we identified. It remains hidden while you work on it — editing does not put it back — and is returned for review when you save.
- If we clear it. Corrected content is restored to the state it was in before we blocked it — for example, a shop blocked while on vacation returns to vacation, not to open — and we email you to confirm.
- Repeat breaches. We count how many times content has been blocked for each shop and each account, and we take into account the warnings, suspensions, and bans already issued to it. Repeated breaches may lead to suspension or permanent closure. That decision is always made by a person; it is never automatic.
Statement of reasons. Whenever we block content, restrict how far it is shown, suspend or restrict an account or shop, or close an account, we email you a statement that says: what we did and from when; the facts and circumstances we relied on; whether we acted on a notice or on our own initiative; that no automated means alone took the decision; the rule of these Terms (or the law) we applied and why the content or conduct falls under it; and how you can challenge the decision — the appeal in Section 7.9 and, in addition, the courts or a consumer body (Section 11).
When we block content we keep a copy of it as it stood at that moment, together with the reason, the date, and who made the decision. This is our record of the decision and of any appeal, and we keep it even if the content or the account is later deleted. See Section 6.3 of our Privacy Policy for how long we keep it.
Where a breach is serious — for example illegal content, fraud, or a risk to other users — we may remove content, suspend an account, or terminate it immediately and tell you afterwards. If we become aware of information that gives rise to a suspicion of a serious criminal offence involving a threat to someone's life or safety, we tell the competent authorities. If you are unsure whether your product is permitted, contact us at support@craftic.shop before listing.
Notices from anyone. Anyone — user or not — may notify us of content they consider illegal or in breach of these Terms, through the Contact Us page or by writing to support@craftic.shop. A notice is easiest to act on if it gives: where the content is (the exact link or links); why you consider it illegal or in breach, explained well enough for us to assess it; your name and email address, so that we can answer you (not needed where the notice concerns child sexual abuse material or a comparable offence); and a statement that you believe in good faith that what you tell us is accurate and complete. We confirm that we have received a notice that gives us a way to reply, and we tell that person our decision — and how it can be challenged — without undue delay. We deal with notices in a timely, diligent, and objective manner. Complaints of intellectual-property infringement follow Section 8.3.
If you have an account, you can also report from within the Platform. This is in addition to the route above, not instead of it.
- What you can report. A Buyer or a Seller can report the other party to one of its orders (from that order), a shop (from the shop page), or a product (from the product page). Reasons include an order that was not shipped, not received, or not as described; counterfeit goods or misuse of a brand; a shop impersonating another's name; abusive behaviour; fraud or a scam; and, for Sellers, an order that was not paid or abuse of cancellations; as well as any other breach of these Terms. You describe the problem and may add up to four photos of up to 1 MB each. Reviews are not reported this way — a review is challenged through the dispute process in Section 6.6.
- Limits. You need a verified email address. An account can file only a limited number of reports per day, and only one open report about the same thing at a time. To report from a shop or product page, your account must be at least 7 days old or have placed at least one order — except when reporting that a shop is impersonating another's name. A suspended or banned account cannot file new reports, but can still appeal (below).
- How we handle a report. A moderator reviews it. The moderator may write to each party separately, in a private thread, and may ask for details or proof by a deadline — normally 5 days. If no reply arrives by the deadline, the moderator may decide without it. Neither party ever sees the other's thread.
- If a report is about you. You are brought in only if we ask you for information or when we decide the report. You then see the reason for the report, a summary of the complaint written by our moderator, any request we make of you and its deadline, and the outcome — never the reporter's own words, photos, or name. A report we close without contacting you is never shown to you. We do not tell you who made a report; but an order has only one Buyer and one Seller, so where a report concerns an order you may be able to work out who made it.
- If you made the report. You can follow its status in your account, and you are told whether action was taken — but not which action.
- Emails. We email the person who made a report when we receive it, when its status changes, and when it is decided. We email the reported party when we ask it for information and when the report is decided.
- Possible outcomes. No action; a warning recorded on the account, which does not by itself restrict it; removal or hiding of the reported product; a suspension for a stated period, which ends automatically at the time we state; or a permanent ban. A moderator can only recommend a suspension or a ban — an administrator decides it. Every decision on a report is made by a person, never automatically.
- False reports. We may reject a report that has no grounds, duplicates another, or misuses the reporting system. Knowingly filing false or abusive reports, or repeatedly filing reports that are rejected, is a breach of these Terms and may itself lead to a warning, a suspension, or a ban.
We keep each report — its reason, description, photos, and messages, a copy of the order, shop, or product it concerns as it stood when the report was filed, who handled it, and every action taken on it — including after that content or account is deleted. A suspension or ban issued on a report is linked to it. See Section 6.3 of our Privacy Policy for how long we keep these records.
If we block your content or restrict your account, we tell you the reason (Section 7.7). You may challenge that decision by writing to support@craftic.shop within six months and telling us which decision you are challenging. If your account or shop is suspended or banned, you may instead appeal from your account, in the Complaints tab, which stays available while the suspension or ban is in force. Each account or shop may appeal its most recent suspension or ban once. The appeal is reviewed by a senior administrator — wherever possible, not the person who took the original decision, and never an automated process alone — who may lift the suspension or ban, and we will tell you the outcome. Using this route does not take away your right to go to court or to a consumer body under Section 11.
A listing that this version prohibits but an earlier version allowed — for example in the categories of soap and skincare, food, or digital files — must be removed or brought into line within 14 days of this version taking effect. After that we may hide it under Section 7.7.
A change to Western Bid's rules applies to sales paid by card from the day Western Bid applies it (Section 7.1), whatever our own timetable. When such a change affects listings, we tell Sellers by email and give them 14 days to bring their listings into line before we hide a listing under Section 7.7 — unless Western Bid or the law requires a listing to be blocked immediately.
You keep ownership of everything you upload to the Platform — photos, videos, descriptions, reviews, replies, and other content. You confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that anyone who appears in it has agreed to it.
You grant Craftic a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, copy (for example, to make thumbnails and backups), display, distribute, and promote that content, for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform — including featuring products on Craftic's official social media channels, where we will credit the shop where we can, and always in a way that respects your moral rights as an author. You give us the right to sublicense this licence to the service providers that host and deliver the Platform, solely so that they can act for us. The licence lasts for as long as the content is on the Platform and for the short further time it takes to remove it from backups and caches, except that it continues for a review you have published after you delete your account, because reviews form part of other users' order records and of shop, product, and Buyer ratings (Section 10.4). Deleting a listing ends the licence for it; if we have already published it on social media, ask us to remove it and we will. We do not sell your content.
All Platform software, design, trademarks, and brand assets are the property of Craftic. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without prior written permission.
The "Craftic" name and mark is the subject of trade mark application No. m202604974, filed with the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations on 16 March 2026 for Classes 35 and 38 (online marketplace and telecommunications services). The application is pending: the mark is not yet registered. Unauthorised use of the Craftic name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark is prohibited.
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, trade mark, or another intellectual property right, send a notice to support@craftic.shop with the subject "IP notice", or through the Contact Us page. So that we can act on it, include:
- your name, postal address, email address, and telephone number;
- what your work or mark is, and (for a trade mark) its registration or application number and country;
- the exact link (URL) of each listing or item you complain about;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use complained of is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorised to act for the owner — knowingly false statements can make you liable for damages; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
When a notice is complete, we act on it promptly: we remove the listing or disable access to it, tell the Seller and send them a copy of the notice, and tell you what we did. We may ask you for more information, and we may ask the Seller to show that the item is authentic or that they are licensed. A notice that is not complete will not be acted on until it is; we will tell you what is missing. The same address is where notices about other illegal content go (Section 7.8).
Ukrainian law. A rights owner may also apply under Article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights". Such an application must contain what that Article requires — including, where the applicant is a legal entity, that it is made through an advocate or an intellectual-property attorney. We send a copy of it to the Seller within 24 hours; unless the Seller refuses on a ground the Article allows within 48 hours, we disable access to the content, and within 96 hours of receiving the application we tell the applicant what we did.
If we removed your content after an intellectual-property notice and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to support@craftic.shop with: what was removed and where it appeared; a statement that you believe in good faith that it was removed by mistake or because it was wrongly identified; your name, postal address, and telephone number; and — if you or the complainant are in the United States — your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any district where we can be found) and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who sent the notice. We send your counter-notice to the complainant. Unless the complainant tells us within 10 business days that it has started court proceedings, we restore the content between 10 and 14 business days after we received your counter-notice. Knowingly false counter-notices can make you liable for damages. Nothing here stops you from going to court, or from appealing under Section 7.9.
We close the account and shop of a Seller who repeatedly infringes other people's intellectual-property rights. As a rule, three valid notices against a Seller within twelve months — counting those that were not withdrawn and that a counter-notice did not answer — lead to permanent closure; we may close sooner for a serious infringement (for example counterfeit goods), and we may take a Seller's earlier notices into account when we decide any later one.
Notices under this Section go to the address in Section 13, which is our point of contact for intellectual-property complaints, including notices under Section 512(c)(3) of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Notices concerning United States copyright (17 U.S.C. §512) are handled under this same procedure: send them to support@craftic.shop with the subject "IP notice".
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Craftic provides the marketplace, not the goods. Contracts of sale are made between Buyers and Sellers (Section 1), so, as between you and Craftic, Craftic is not responsible for what Sellers and Buyers do or fail to do — including non-delivery, defective goods, goods not as described, and disputes with payment providers. This does not affect the Seller's own liability to you, your rights against the Seller, Western Bid, or your card issuer, or any duty that the law places on Craftic directly (such as acting on notices of illegal content).
We provide the Platform "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it may be unavailable from time to time — for example for maintenance, or because of a failure of a service we depend on (Section 14.3).
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage that you suffer because we breach these Terms or are negligent. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if you and we both contemplated it when you accepted these Terms. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.
This applies to you, for example, if you are a Seller acting as a business. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or opportunities, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, even if we were told it was possible. Our total liability to you for all claims arising in any calendar year is limited to the greater of US$100 and the fees you paid to Craftic in that year (Craftic charges none at the date of these Terms).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — nor any right you have as a consumer or under data-protection law.
Both closing a shop and deleting an account are irreversible actions. Both require confirmation via a one-time password (OTP) sent by email to your verified email address. A user without a verified email address cannot perform either action. Repeated incorrect OTP entries will trigger a temporary lockout.
Only the shop owner may close their shop, after OTP confirmation. If the shop has no unfinished orders at the time of the request, it is closed immediately. If unfinished orders exist, the shop enters a "closing" status. In this state:
- The owner must still fulfil all existing orders.
- No new orders can be received or accepted.
- Shop information cannot be edited.
- No new products can be created and existing products cannot be edited.
Once the last open order is completed, cancelled, or returned, the shop is automatically set to "closed". After closure, the shop is no longer visible to Buyers and cannot receive orders. Shop and order records are retained for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have no shop, or a shop with no unfinished orders, your account is finalised immediately. If your shop has unfinished orders, deletion is deferred: the shop enters "closing" status and your account is marked "deleting". During this period:
- Your shopping cart is cleared immediately.
- Your account remains usable only to fulfil the outstanding orders.
- You cannot edit your profile, change credentials, place new orders, or create a shop.
Once the last order is fulfilled, account deletion is finalised automatically.
- Your account is disabled and all active sessions are revoked — you are signed out everywhere and can no longer log in.
- Your personal profile data is erased: name, date of birth, shipping address, avatar, preferences, favourites, notification settings, and marketing attribution.
- Your email address and phone number are retained in a deactivated record solely to prevent re-registration and to honour the irreversibility of deletion — for two years, or for as long as a ban on the account lasts. See Section 6.3 of the Privacy Policy.
- Orders, shop records, and transaction history associated with your account are retained for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. Order records are kept for three years after the order ends (Section 6.3 of the Privacy Policy) and are not erased together with your profile.
- Reviews you have published, and reviews other users have left about you or your shop, remain on the Platform, because they belong to other users' orders and to shop, product, and Buyer ratings. Once your profile is erased, reviews you wrote no longer show your name or profile photo; their ratings, text, photos, and videos remain. You may ask us to remove personal information from the text of a review you wrote (Section 13).
- Your email address and phone number cannot be used to register a new account for as long as that record is kept.
Craftic may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or any conduct that harms the Platform or its users. We will attempt to notify you unless doing so would be unlawful or could cause harm. When we restrict or close an account we send you a statement of reasons (Section 7.7).
Closing a shop or a Seller's account. We may suspend or close a shop, or the account of its Seller, at any time for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, where the law or Western Bid requires it, or to prevent harm. In any other case we give the Seller at least 30 days' notice, with our reasons, before closing the whole shop or the Seller's account.
A suspension applies for the period stated in our decision and is lifted automatically when that period ends; a ban is permanent unless it is lifted on appeal. An account or shop may appeal its most recent suspension or ban once, including from within the account while it is in force, as described in Section 7.9 ("Appealing a decision").
We may also suspend or terminate an account, and refuse or cancel an order, where that is necessary to comply with applicable sanctions law or with a requirement of our payment partner, or to apply the location restrictions in Section 2.4 — including where an account is found to be operated from a country or territory listed there.
Upon closure of a shop: all listings are removed from the marketplace and the shop name is no longer available for reuse on the Platform. Reviews of the shop's products, and the shop's reviews of its Buyers, remain as described in Section 10.4.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, subject to the paragraph below.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law cannot deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the law of the country in which you habitually reside. You may bring proceedings against us in the courts of Ukraine or — where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you that right — in the courts of your own country of residence, and we will bring proceedings against you only in the courts of your country of residence. Where mandatory provisions of EU law apply to you — including the General Data Protection Regulation — those provisions take precedence over these Terms to the extent required by law. You may also complain to the consumer-protection authority of your country — in Ukraine, the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
For everyone else, and for any dispute not covered by the paragraph above, the courts of Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction, and by using the Platform you agree to submit to their personal jurisdiction.
Please contact us at support@craftic.shop before starting proceedings — most disputes are settled that way. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available; consumers in the EU or EEA may instead approach a competent alternative dispute resolution or consumer body in their own country. Craftic is not obliged to, and does not undertake to, participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Craftic may update these Terms from time to time. Every version carries a version number and an effective date in the header of this document, and we keep previous versions available on the Platform.
When we make a material change — one that adds to your obligations, reduces your rights, or changes how we use your personal data — we raise the version number and notify you by email and by a notice on the Platform, where the new text is available to read in advance. A material change takes effect 15 days after we notify you. Once it has taken effect, the next time you use the Platform you are shown a notice naming the sections that changed, and you must accept the new version before you can continue using your account. We record which version you accepted, when, and in which language. Non-material changes — corrections, clarifications, formatting, allowing Sellers in more countries, currencies, or unit systems (Section 4.1), or updating our details in Sections 1 and 13 — do not raise the version number and do not require re-acceptance.
A change that the law, a court, or a public authority requires, or that our payment partner requires, may take effect sooner, including immediately. A change to the payment partner's prohibited-items rules applies to sales paid by card from the date the payment partner applies it (Sections 7.1 and 7.10).
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, do not accept them: stop using the Platform and, if you wish, delete your account under Section 10.3. Orders already placed continue to be governed by the version of these Terms that was in force when the order was placed. A change never reduces a right that the law gives you as a consumer.
If you have questions about these Terms, wish to report a violation, or need to contact us regarding your account, please reach out via the Contact Us page on the Platform or write to us at:
The same address is our single point of contact for questions from users and Sellers; consumer enquiries; notices about allegedly illegal content (Section 7.8) and intellectual property complaints (Section 8.3); product-safety matters; data-protection requests (Privacy Policy, Section 11); and requests from public authorities. We accept correspondence in English and Ukrainian, and we aim to acknowledge every message within five working days. The same details are set out in Section 1.2.
These Terms are published in English and in Ukrainian. Both versions are equally authentic and mean the same thing. If they ever differ, the version in the language you accepted is the one that applies between you and us (we record the language when you accept), and where there is doubt about what a term means, it is read in the way most favourable to you if you are a consumer.
We give you notices — including changes to these Terms, statements of reasons, and order and report notifications — by email to the address on your account, in the Platform, or by publishing them on the Platform. You agree to receive them that way; a notice sent to your account email is treated as received when it is delivered to your email provider's server, unless we receive a delivery-failure notification. Notices to us go to support@craftic.shop (Section 13). Acceptance of these Terms by clicking or ticking a box is a legally binding agreement in electronic form.
Neither Craftic nor a Seller is liable for failing or delaying to perform because of an event beyond its reasonable control — for example war, armed attack, air-raid alerts, power or internet failures, attacks on our systems, failure of a hosting, payment, postal, or courier service, natural disaster, or an act of a government. The party affected must tell the other as soon as it reasonably can and take reasonable steps to carry on. This does not remove a consumer's right to a refund of money paid for goods that are not delivered, or any other right that cannot be excluded by law.
Craftic is operated by the people named in Section 1. We may transfer the operation of the Platform, together with these Terms and the Privacy Policy, to a company or other legal entity that takes over the business (for example, one that we incorporate). If we do, we will tell you in advance, the entity will be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and your rights will not be reduced. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent.
If part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have given it up. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Platform. Nobody who is not a party to them can enforce them, except where the law gives a person that right. Sections that by their nature are meant to continue — including Sections 6.6, 8, 9, 10.4, and 11 — continue after your account or shop is closed.
