About Craftic
Craftic is an online marketplace for handmade goods. It connects independent creators and artisans with people who want to buy handmade, vintage and craft pieces. Every shop belongs to the person who makes or curates its work; Craftic runs the marketplace and is not a party to the sales made on it.
For buyers
You buy directly from the shop: each order is a contract between you and the seller, who is responsible for the item, its delivery and its return policy. How you pay depends on the shop — card payments (PayPal / Stripe) through our payment partner Western Bid, or Payoneer, bank transfer or cash arranged with the seller. Prices are currently in US dollars. Many shops also take custom requests.
How listings are shown
Listings appear newest first — on the home page, in search and in each shop. Nobody can pay to move an item up, and ratings, sales or price don't change the order.
For makers
Open a shop and list your handmade work, vintage items or craft supplies. Craftic currently charges buyers and sellers no fees; payment providers charge their own. During the launch phase, opening a shop is limited by country — see Section 4.1 of the Terms of Service.
Where Craftic is available
You can shop on Craftic from anywhere except sanctioned locations and, for now, the United Kingdom. Each shop sets its own delivery regions, shipping prices, cancellation and return policy, shown on every product page.
